Yep, that’s me in the middle, killin’ it on the pink banana seat in faux fur jacket and knickers.
And why we were riding our bikes in the middle of winter I have no idea. But there we are and that is the hearty northern Minnesota stock I’m made of.

My visual and written work are an exploration of influence, boundaries, and the in-between liminal moments in life, and how these either change or fortify us over time, making us who we are.
I use a variety of materials, including graphite, pen and marker, paint and collage pieces, as well as printmaking techniques. And I often work in series.
I live in Grand Marais, Minnesota with my husband and two boys and sadly, I no longer have my pink banana seat bike.
